Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $[your threshold]
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@unbridledequine.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we'll make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
